Fingerprints By Live Scan Consumer Data
As a fingerprint technician, I have personally interacted with over 1,000 customers in the past year. With the ease of an online form each customer fills out, I have utilized the information provided to create a Consumer Data dashboard for the company.
This dashboard helps the company analyze demographic data on customers ranging from three separate locations in the Tampa Bay area. The zip code data is specifically important so that ad space is targeted to the regions we deem the demand will be high.
Survey Data
In addition, I initiated the creation of a customer feedback survey. This is important for the company to understand the customer's experience and what can be improved. The survey currently has a conversion rate of 74% across all three locations in the Tampa Bay area.
